Returns and exchanges
The returns policy lasts 14 days from the date the item is recorded as delivered to you. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, a refund or exchange is not possible.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (excluding any outer wrapping paper). If the original packaging is damaged, a fee will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of replacement packaging.
To return your item, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, shipping address, and order number, please confirm if you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging the item for e.g. another size. Await a reply before doing anything further.
- Place your item in its original packaging, inside a secure shipping container, such as a box or padded bag. If the original shipping container that was sent to you is in re-usable/re-sealable condition, please re-use it and be sure to tape it up securely.
- Affix the provided return label to the shipping container; if you are using the original shipping container, make sure the previous shipping label is no longer visible.
- You will need to take the package to your nearest post office.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.
Any any import fees or taxes charged by your country’s customs authority cannot be refunded by Siaeva, but under certain circumstances you may be eligible for a refund if you contact them directly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send an email to email@example.com.
